What are the objects of construction planning?
Planning of a Construction Project is basically management and balancing three aspects i.e., Scope, Time and Cost. And it is a continual process → gets revised and modified as the real time execution progresses.
These three factors are generally represented in the form of triangle below - Project Management Triangle

To answer your question → the Objects of Construction Planning, You could have given a bit more detail of what you wanted to understand. However, I just give on how to go about it.
As mentioned earlier, One should have good understanding about the Scope of the project, Budget set for it and Milestones or Completion period. The objective of planning of would be meeting all these parameters by optimal resources, achieving the purpose of such project (meeting quality) and making profit too (for the Contractor)
The first step of Planning Engineer is to create the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), for Eg: If its a Construction of Bridge Project → your WBS starts with distinguishing Substructure and Superstructure → further, Pile, Pilecap, Pier, Piercap, Precast Segments or Casts-in situ, and it goes on..
Further, One divides this entire project into several phases or blocks depending upon nature of it… for each block the same WBS applies.
Depending upon the set milestones, it can be understood which block/ phase has to be started first or simultaneously and accordingly, based on available resources, resource scheduling can be done.. like how many number of Pile Rigging machines are required and what time period of the project and similar other machinery and major equipment like Launching Girders etc.. or in case of Tunneling → Tunnel Boring machines etc..
In the same manner, the number of workmen required at different stages of project can be ascertained from this and will be planned.
Once the execution commences, the dynamics of the project keeps changing with respect to scope (because of variations), time (delays in access, unforeseen situations, or additional / omission of scope) and various other factors comes into and the Planning needs to take care of all these.
Before commencement, once the critical path is set for the project → the team can understand the severity of any change on the entire time line, cost of the project based on this critical path (i.e., if the changes / situations encountered during project having an impact on the Critical path)
Also, depending upon the software used for Planning one can generate various reports while monitoring.
